What is substance abuse treatment?
- The program is designed to offer assessment and treatment of problematic substance abuse, addiction, and other mental health issues. All counselors are licensed in the State of Georgia specific to addiction.
- Services offered are individualized to include: Assessment, Individual, Group, and Family Therapy, Educational Classes, and Multi-family groups. Levels of treatment provided may range from education to recovery to aftercare.
- Each client must participate in the creation of an individualized Service plan outlining their goals.
- Drug and alcohol cravings are a normal part of recovery. Learning how to use new coping skills to overcome these cravings is part of the recovery program.
Those suffering from a seemingly hopeless situation have embarked on a new life journey beginning with graduation from our program.
What our graduates are saying:
“I am drug free, my manager reported I am doing excellent and I am working on restoring relationships with my family.”
“I was referred from juvenile court system into the teen recovery program. I was ready to quit school. Now, I am glad I came and glad my counselor attended my high school graduation.”
“There are 14 members in my family that abuse or are addicted to drugs and alcohol. I will break that cycle.”
“These women and men will do whatever it takes to help you heal from your past. Not only is it important that they use counseling methods that they were taught to use, but they use the power of God. The most important thing that I would tell someone if they asked me about this counseling service, is that they incorporate God in your healing. This not only helps you with the trials and tribulations that you are going through, but it also opens you to a whole new world of healing.”
